XiVA Tacta Software Palm OS PDAs

XiVA Tacta software will load onto many Palm



OS PDA

Depending on the PDA used, there are 2

ways to get it to work as a 1 way IR remote control.

PDAs with external IR enhancer from Pacific Neotek (typically Handspring Visors)

Using these devices you only need to load the XiVA Tacta software and licence it to your SoundServer

PDAs with strong internal IR emitters (Palm m515, Sony Clie etc)

Using these devices you need to load the XiVA Tacta software and ORLIB.prc and OmniRemte.prc. A

Once configured, the PDA can be synchronised directly to the SoundServer
